Returns
Easy Returns within 30 Days:
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our cases, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase.
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Contact our friendly customer service team at info@m3cases.com to start the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Package: Include the item in its original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Free Return: We'll provide the return shipping address. You'll be responsible for returning your item with a shipping label we provide.
Refunds
Our Refund Process:
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will notify you and initiate a refund using your original method of payment.
- Refund Timing: Please allow 10 to 15 business days to process the refund. The time it takes for your refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your payment provider.
Note: Items sent back to us must first request a return for us to accept any item.
